📊 Quarterly update (Q2 '25)

Q2 2025 was a quarter of progress!

Our plan for Q2 was to test and fine-tune our AI models for speed and accuracy, and instead of testing our models with test data we wanted to test with real world customer data.

But we soon realised we don’t have anything tangible to show our customers, everything was behind the curtains and it’s hard to build trust when we can’t show tangible results. So our focus turned to building Felk Console¹, a single user interface to visualise and control how Felk monitors and secure web apps.

🎉 Highs

After a frustrating April, we started making really good progress in May. Towards the end of May we were releasing features almost every day, sometimes even multiple times a day! It was a good moral boost for the team to see tangible progress.

By the end of Q2 we managed to launch two products, Felk Console¹ and our AI-native WAF².

🪫 Lows

April was a frustrating month, it felt like nothing was happening and we weren’t making any progress (we’ve blogged about it here).

👀 Looking ahead

Our focus is finding product-market-fit in Q3.
